The Acroyoga combines yoga, acrobatics and therapeutic arts, mainly the thai massage.

Its practice promotes cognitives aspects as trust, focus and communication, aspects that  through a correct degree of involvement, will allow us to adapt our skills to partner’s level and to reach a meditation that activates our retrospective vision.

The Acroyoga physical benefits affect directly over the flexibility, strength and balance, which aggregate contributes Stability, the counterpart to Imperturbability as a required cognitive condition to reach our personal wellness.

    Unos amigos y yo reservamos esta actividad por curiosidad. Es una disciplina compleja en la que hay que dejar la mente atrás. Me hizo reconectar con mi propia naturaleza y en general lo pasamos muy bien. Muy profesionales y totalmente recomendable.

    Practico a menudo yoga y cuando descubrí esta nueva disciplina, quise probarla de inmediato. Lo recomiendo del todo, lo guiaron muy bien y volveré a practicarlo. Miguel es todo un profesional y la atención de los compañeros de climbo es inmejorable. Nos vemos en la próxima!

    Me dió curiosidad probar esta actividad. Y para ser sincera me costó adaptar mi cuerpo a las formas que teníamos que hacer. A pesar de que el coordinador nos indicaba con mucha paciencia las posturas, me resultó muy difícil mantener el equilibrio. Pero pude admirar las preciosas figuras que mis compañeros hacían y en parte envidiarles sanamente. Gracias por intentarlo conmigo.
